Steve Dixon Leadership Coach, Former CEO, Social Entrepreneur
Steve spent eighteen years as founder and CEO of a national charity, leading a team of sixty through the realities of high stakes, high responsibility leadership. Alongside his coaching practice, he co-founded a property development business and remains active in national service work supporting recovery communities.
His leadership and social impact work has been recognised nationally, including the Barclays UK Social Entrepreneur Award and the West Midlands Public and Third Sector Award. He is also an Institute of Leadership Level 7 Senior Practitioner in Coaching and Mentoring, bringing both lived leadership experience and professional coaching practice into his work with clients.
Today Steve coaches senior leaders and business owners on leading with greater clarity, authenticity and self-awareness. His approach is grounded in real experience of carrying responsibility, navigating pressure, leading through change and understanding what happens when the demands of leadership begin to take too much from the person behind the role.
